- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Skewer the shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the romaine mixture and grilled shrimp.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly and slice in half.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
