- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, top each chicken breast with salsa verde and shredded cheese.
- Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
- Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
