Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. For tzatziki, mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. Serve meatballs with tzatziki on the side.
