Greek turkey meatballs served with tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- For tzatziki, mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Serve meatballs with tzatziki on the side.
Notes
- Use lean ground turkey for a healthier option.
- Adjust garlic in tzatziki to taste.
- Meatballs can be frozen for later use.
