Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle feta cheese over the chips.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives on top.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is slightly melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley over the nachos.
  7. Serve with tzatziki sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Feel free to add grilled chicken or lamb for extra protein.
