- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Pair with a Greek salad for a complete meal.
- Can use thighs instead of breasts for more flavor.
