Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
