Description

Sweet and savory glazed sticky beef bites make a perfect appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Toss beef pieces in cornstarch until coated.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Pour sauce over beef and simmer until thickened.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
