Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ginger, soy sauce, and honey.
- Coat chicken breasts with the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until fully done.
- Remove chicken and slice it.
- In the same pan, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Add bok choy and cook until wilted.
- Serve ramen in bowls topped with sliced chicken and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
