Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground meat with onions until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and tomatoes; mix well.
  4. Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture and cheese on half of each circle.
  6. Fold the crust over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
