A delicious blend of crispy fried chicken and flavorful street corn in a taco.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fried chicken, chopped
- 1 cup corn, grilled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix corn, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet.
- Place chopped fried chicken on each tortilla.
- Add the corn mixture on top of the chicken.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use leftover fried chicken for quick preparation.
- Adjust spice level by adding more chili powder.
- Can substitute corn with canned corn if fresh is unavailable.
