Description
A spicy and flavorful chicken stir fry with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce and sriracha, pour over the stir fry.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
