Description
Fig and goat cheese pinwheels are a delicious and easy appetizer. They combine sweet figs with creamy goat cheese wrapped in a tortilla.

- 4 large tortillas
- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 cup fig preserves
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Spread goat cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Spread fig preserves on top of the goat cheese.
- Sprinkle arugula and chopped walnuts over the fig preserves.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve.
