Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix rhubarb, granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour.
  3. Pour the rhubarb mixture into a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup flour.
  5. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  6. Spread the oat mixture over the rhubarb.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
