Description

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Add the spinach and soy sauce; cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions before serving.
