- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Instructions
- In a pot, heat the broth over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Add the spinach and soy sauce; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions before serving.
