Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce.
  7. Serve meatballs over cooked spaghetti.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese and black olives to create ‘zombie eyes.’
