- 500g chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add chili sauce and honey. Mix well.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Adjust the spice level according to your taste.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
