Ingredients

  • 500g chicken, cut into cubes

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add chili sauce and honey. Mix well.
  6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
