A comforting chicken and stuffing casserole dish.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 package stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine stuffing mix with melted butter and mixed vegetables.
- Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- Add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
