Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine stuffing mix with melted butter and mixed vegetables.
  5. Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
  • Add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
