Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Brush chicken with olive oil.
  7. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
