Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan to the crockpot.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cooked pasta.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
