A simple and delicious crockpot chicken parmesan recipe.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the chicken in the crockpot.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with pasta or on its own.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped basil or oregano.
- Serve with garlic bread or a side salad.
- You can use frozen chicken breasts, just increase cooking time.
