- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and coconut milk.
- Add butter, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce.
- Serve with rice and garnish with cilantro.
