Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 cups almond milk
- 2 apples, diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
- Stir well to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve warm, adding toppings if desired.

- For extra sweetness, add more sugar or honey.
- Use any type of milk for variation.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
