Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
- Add cornstarch mixture to the sauce in the crock pot and stir.
- Cook on high for 15 minutes to thicken.
- Return chicken to the crock pot and stir to coat.
- Serve garnished with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can substitute chicken thighs with breasts if preferred.
- Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
