- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon in the skillet, skin side down, and sear for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
