Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix coconut, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and the coconut mixture.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with coconut mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken tenders until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
