Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning.
  6. Add ravioli and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Mix in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
