Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in the cooked spinach.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- Can use frozen spinach, just thaw and drain excess water.
- Customize with your favorite cheeses.
