Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Stir in the cooked spinach.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve warm with chips or bread.
