- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese melts.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- For extra flavor, add chopped parsley as a garnish.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad.
