- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Add minced garlic and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Add grated parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
- Toss in the cooked rigatoni and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Adjust the amount of parmesan for a cheesier flavor.
