Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in the carrots and celery, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
