Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken and mixed vegetables to the pot.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and thyme, cooking until heated through.
- Add cooked pasta to the pot and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to use leftover chicken.
- Any pasta shape can work.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
