Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked orzo
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, and cook until softened.
- Stir in flour, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
- Mix in cooked chicken, peas, corn, and orzo.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot.

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust vegetables based on preference.
