- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
- Feel free to add other vegetables if desired.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
