A delicious creamy apple crumble cheesecake with a buttery crumble topping.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon; pour mixture over crust.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, and brown sugar; sprinkle over cheesecake.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream for extra creaminess.
