Ingredients

  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon; pour mixture over crust.
  6. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, and brown sugar; sprinkle over cheesecake.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
