Ingredients

- 1 turkey breast (3–4 pounds)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, and honey.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the glaze over it.
- Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
