A delightful dessert combining tart cranberries and sweet oranges in a warm cobbler.

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, and half the sugar.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, remaining sugar, melted butter, and milk.
- Pour the batter over the cranberry mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
