Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, and half the sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, remaining sugar, melted butter, and milk.
  5. Pour the batter over the cranberry mixture.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
