Instructions
- Clean the cowboy mushrooms with a damp cloth.
- Slice the mushrooms into thick pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
