Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter with lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Add minced garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
- Transfer to a piece of parchment paper and shape into a log.
- Refrigerate until firm.
