Description
A classic Christmas raspberry jam that brings festive flavors to your table.

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 packet pectin
Instructions
- Wash the raspberries and place them in a large saucepan.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to the raspberries.
- Stir the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the pectin and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
