Delicious cinnamon apple muffins that are moist and flavorful.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and walnuts.
  6. Divide the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
