  • 2 limes, juiced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix cilantro, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade.
  4. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Grill the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
