- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix cilantro, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust lime juice for more or less tanginess.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
