Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream sugar and butter together.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; mix until smooth.
- Press dough into a greased pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cheesecake mixture over cookie dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
