Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
  7. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
