- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
