Description

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake topped with a chocolate spiderweb design.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Melt chocolate chips with milk in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cheesecake to create a spiderweb design.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
