Description

A rich and creamy chocolate sorbet that is easy to make at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Transfer sorbet to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
