Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Add raspberries and vanilla extract, folding carefully.
- Pour into a prepared cake pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
