Instructions
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

- Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add broccoli and beef broth, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Uncover and cook until the sauce thickens.
