- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked wild rice, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, onion, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.

- Use leftover chicken for a quicker prep.
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
