A comforting chicken rice a roni casserole.
Ingredients

- 1 box of Rice A Roni (chicken flavor)
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Rice A Roni according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
