Ingredients

  • 1 box of Rice A Roni (chicken flavor)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Rice A Roni according to package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
