- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out crescent roll dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, mix sour cream and chicken broth, heating until warm.
- Serve chicken pillows drizzled with the creamy parmesan sauce.
